Malone Solutions is hiring a TA Operation Specialist in Greenville, SC!
Contract Duration: May 4, 2026 – August 7, 2026 (3 Months)
Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Remote Mondays & Fridays; In-office Tuesday-Thursday)
Role Summary
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, the TA Operations Specialist will work closely with Recruiters, HR Managers, Hiring Managers, and candidates to support and streamline recruitment processes. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience while helping attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop expertise in full-cycle recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner daily with recruiters to support hiring needs and respond to inquiries
- Maintain and update candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors)
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling (virtual and onsite), including travel arrangements when required
- Oversee background checks, drug screenings, and assessment processes within the U.S.
- Draft and distribute offer letters to selected candidates
- Monitor and respond to communications in the external careers mailbox
- Ensure compliance with OFCCP documentation requirements
- Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in recruiting coordination or TA operations
- Experience scheduling interviews across multiple time zones and participants
- Experience creating and managing offer letters
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
