Now Hiring: Packers – Rotating Shift
Pay: $18.00/hour
Location: Carol Stream, IL
We are currently hiring reliable and detail-oriented Packers to join a fast-paced production team. Plenty of Over time!
Available Shifts & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $17.00/hr.
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $17.00/hr.
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | $18.00/hr.
- 4th Shift (Rotating): 2 days on 1st, 2 days on 2nd, 2 days on 3rd | $18.00/hr.
Job Summary:
Pack products into boxes for shipment while following job specifications and maintaining quality standards across multiple production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack products according to specifications
- Perform routine quality checks
- Report any product or line issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with changeovers and team support as needed
- Complete basic quality documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
