Machine Operator (Press) – Temp-to-Hire
Location: Tooele, UT
Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM (Overtime required)
Pay: $20/hour

We are seeking Machine Operators (Press) for a temp-to-hire position supporting Minova’s growing manufacturing facility in Tooele, Utah. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working with tools and machinery in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor press and production machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments
- Use hand and power tools (sockets, wrenches, etc.) to complete tasks
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong mechanical aptitude (work experience, automotive work, or personal projects)
- Comfortable using tools and following detailed instructions
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
