Malone Staffing Solutions is seeking versatile, multi-skilled individuals to join our team as Production Team Member for a global manufacturer and supplier of powder, resin, and anchoring solutions in Georgetown, KY.
Production Team Member Benefits:
Compensation: $17.00/hour
Position Type: Temporary to full-time hire position
Schedule: Third shift: Sunday – Thursday, 6:30 PM – 5:00 AM
Overtime: Required as needed
Location: Georgetown, KY

Production Team Member Duties:
* Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring materials and finished products are handled with care and accuracy
* Operate entry-level production equipment and machinery in accordance with company standards and safety guidelines
* Assist with machine setup, basic adjustments, and routine operation to support continuous production flow
* Perform general labor tasks including staging materials, cleaning work areas, and supporting multiple departments as needed
* Lift, carry, and move materials up to 45 lbs while maintaining proper safety and ergonomic practices
* Inspect products for quality, ensuring they meet company specifications and report any defects or inconsistencies
* Prepare, package, label, and stage products for shipping to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards
* Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to workplace guidelines
* Accurately complete basic production or shipping documentation as required
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals and deadlines are met
* Support team operations by working collaboratively and assisting in other areas when needed
Production Team Member Skill & Education Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
* Must have proper PPE available, including steel-toe shoes
* Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
* Ability to meet attendance requirements
