CNC Programmer Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in Mastercam
programming, understands machining fundamentals, and thrives in a high-accuracy machine environment.
CNC Programmer Responsibilities:
* Program CNC mills and latches using Mastercam 2024
* Set up and operate CNC equipment as needed to support production
* Interpret complex engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles
* Machine components to tight tolerances with consistent accuracy
* Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
* Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, thread
gauges)
* Maintain accurate documentation and follow revision-controlled processes
* Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure part conformity and customer
satisfaction
CNC Programmer Qualifications:
* 5+ years of CNC machining or programming experience, multi-axis
* Proficiency in Mastercam 2024
* Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills
* Ability to work with tight tolerances in a precision manufacturing environment
* Experience with inspection equipment and quality control processes
* High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
Pay Rate: $25-40/hour but willing to pay more based on experience
1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm
