Job Title: Warehouse Associate (1st Shift)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join a growing refrigerant chemical company. This role involves inspecting products, preparing them for shipment, and supporting general warehouse operations. No direct handling of chemicals is required, and all positions will be trained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect products as they come off the production line to ensure accuracy and quality
- Verify correct product labeling and specifications
- Apply shipping caps to products as required
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Work Environment:
- Work is performed in a warehouse setting
- No direct handling of chemicals is required
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs independently, as needed
- Steel toe shoes required
- Must be able to read and speak English at a functional level (approximately 90%)
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
