2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM

We’re hiring reliable and experienced Machine Operators for a well-established company in Elk Grove Village, IL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate converting machinery in a fast-paced production environment
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure efficiency and product quality
- Perform machine setups to begin production cycles safely and accurately
- Load raw materials and ensure correct measurements and placement
- Inspect output, including print quality, to meet company standards
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Equipment Used:
- Rewinder, Slitter, Builder Board Machine
- Sealers, Baggers, Balers
- Pallet Jack, Shrink-Wrap Machine
- Chop Saw, Air Compressor, Platform Ladder
