Job Title: CNC Machinist
Overview:
Join our team as a CNC Machinist. This role requires strong blueprint reading abilities, and advanced knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). The ideal candidate will demonstrate both technical expertise and a strong understanding of machining fundamentals.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
- Ability to work with tight tolerances in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Strong math skills.
- Experience with inspection equipment and quality control processes.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
Nice to Have Skills:
- 3+ years of precision machining experience.
- Experience working in aerospace, medical, or high-precision manufacturing environments.
- Ability to perform advanced setups and minor program edits.
- Familiarity with revision-controlled manufacturing documentation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or polishing environment
Pay Rates:
- 1st Shift: $25.00/hr
Other Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented precision manufacturing environment.
- Standing for extended periods and lifting materials as required.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
