Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring Laser & Brake Machine Operators in Louisville, KY for a fast-paced sheet metal fabrication environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidates.
Laser & Brake Machine Operator Highlights:
- Pay: $20.50 per hour
- Schedule: 2nd Shift – 3:15pm-1:45am
- Location: Jefffersontown, KY
- Temp-to-hire opportunity
Laser & Brake Machine Operator Job Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC laser, CNC brake, drill press, and other hand and power tools
- Read and interpret machining prints and blueprints
- Use forklifts to move materials and finished products when required
- Measure and inspect parts using tape measures and dial/digital calipers
- Maintain production pace while ensuring quality standards are met
Laser & Brake Machine Operator Job Qualifications:
- Experience operating CNC lasers, press brakes, and drill presses in a sheet metal environment required
- Ability to read and interpret prints and technical drawings
- Ability to use measuring tools including tape measures and calipers
- Forklift experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade or vocational training is a plus
