Machine Shop Labor Job Responsibilities:
- Assist welders and fabricators with daily production tasks
- Move materials and finished products throughout the shop
- Load and unload materials and parts
- Clean and prep materials for welding and fabrication
- Grind, deburr, and clean metal parts as needed
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
Machine Shop Labor Job Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or shop experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable working in a welding or fabrication environment
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
