Malone is hiring for a Machine Operator
Location:
Missouri City, TX
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00/hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 3–4 days per week
Position Overview
The Machine Operator I is responsible for operating packaging equipment and supporting production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Operate case packing equipment, including case erectors, case packers, and case sealers

Requisition and manage materials needed for production

Hand pack and stack bagged products as required

Verify packaging and product integrity to meet quality standards

Weigh and top off bags when necessary
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with GMP and safety guidelines

Follow all company policies, procedures, and attendance expectations
Qualifications & Experience
-
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred

Experience operating and troubleshooting machinery or equipment
-
Basic English communication skills

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-
Ability to stand for extended periods (12–14 hours per shift)

Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions ranging from -30°F to 176°F (as applicable)
Additional Requirements
-
Availability to work 12–14 hour shifts, 3–4 days per week

Flexibility to work weekends as needed

Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Must participate in an in-person interview process
