Malone Solutions is currently seeking an Overnight Maintenance Technician for a leading Toyota supplier.
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Overtime: Available
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing assembly line equipment to ensure continuous production operations. This role utilizes Preventive Maintenance practices to keep equipment operational and available while supporting the Toyota Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) process.
Duties and Responsibilities
A Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping facility equipment operating efficiently and repairing issues before they escalate. This role requires the ability to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Perform routine inspections of mechanical equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient operations

Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment through scheduled checks and repairs

Diagnose mechanical faults and equipment malfunctions and determine effective solutions

Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment

Perform detailed maintenance procedures to extend the life of mechanical equipment

Understand and implement all safety standards and regulatory requirements

Produce detailed service reports and document maintenance activities

Coordinate with team members and other departments to optimize maintenance processes

Order spare parts and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment

Stay current with new technologies and best practices in mechanical maintenance
Qualifications

Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills

Experience working with assembly line equipment preferred

Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs

Ability to work overnight shifts and overtime as needed

Strong attention to safety and detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
