Production Assembler Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in assembling roof and floor components according to shop drawings
- Help build trusses, walls, roofs, and floor systems on the production line
- Lay out truss plates and assemble structural components accurately
- Review shop drawings including span lengths, heights, and bearing locations
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
Production Assembler Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required
- Experience using hand or power tools is a plus
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings preferred
Production Assembler Work Environment:
This position is located in Buckner, KY and is performed in an outdoor lumber yard environment around tools, production equipment, and heavy machinery. The role requires standing, walking, bending, twisting, lifting materials, and handling lumber throughout the shift. Work area is covered, but not temperature-controlled, and may involve exposure to heat, cold, and wind.
