Human Resources Assistant in Montgomery, Al.
Weekly Pay
Shift- Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 p.m. (some weekends)
Pay rate-$19.00 an hour
Summary:
The main function for this job is recruitment. Other functions will be to perform general office duties and assist office Human Resource Manager.
Skills/Requirements:
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be proficient in MS Application.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Human Resource experience or an HR Degree (listed on resume)
- Excel experience required.
Must be willing to submit to a drug test and meet all background requirements.
