Job Title: Order Analyst
Location: Elgin, IL
Pay: $20 – $25 DOE
Schedule: 7am – 3:30pm
Job Summary:
The Work Order Analyst Clerk is responsible for converting incoming Purchase Orders (POs) into work orders and accurately entering all related information into the company’s computer system. This role requires strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy when matching POs with physical flooring samples using the company’s reference materials (“black book”). This is an internal support role with no direct customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and process incoming Purchase Orders (POs)

Convert POs into detailed work orders

Enter work order information accurately into the company’s system

Match POs with physical flooring samples using internal reference materials

Verify product selection for accuracy and consistency

Communicate with internal office staff as needed to clarify or confirm information
Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail

Prior data entry experience preferred

Basic computer proficiency

Ability to work independently and accurately

Strong internal communication skills
