Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a Lead Operator for the world leader in high purity Mica and custom tolling of industrial minerals and fine chemicals striving to provide the highest quality products and customer service.
Highlights: Lead Operator
- Starting pay $21-22/hr. Weekly Pay!
- Shift: Second Shift 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday thru Friday
- Temp to Hire
- Full benefits upon being hired full time including health insurance, PTO, retirement, and a pay increase!
Job Duties:
- Moving bags of Mica onto pallets for shipping
- Managing a small team to ensure production needs are met on a daily basis
- Machine Maintenance/Troubleshooting
- Following safety practices
Requirements:
- Team Lead experience is required
- Experience in Machine Maintenance/Troubleshooting
- PLC Knowledge is preferred but not required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance on a regular basis
