Malone is hiring seeking 2nd Shift Manufacturing Associates to join our production team. The schedule for 2nd shift is Monday thru Friday 2:30 PM-11:00 PM. In this role, you will help operate equipment, assemble products, and ensure quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and efficiently

Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications

Monitor product quality and report defects or issues

Follow safety, quality, and production procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Meet daily production goals and work as part of a team
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Previous manufacturing or production experience a plus (not required)

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods

Basic math and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed
The Perks:

Competitive pay of $21 per hour with 2nd shift differential of $1.50 per hour.
