Entry-Level Financial Analyst

Direct Hire | Full-Time
$60,000-$65,000 (based on experience) + 10% STI Annual Bonus

Malone is recruiting on behalf of our client for an Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join their Finance team at a modern manufacturing headquarters in Georgetown, Kentucky.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across financial analysis, reporting, and core accounting functions while working closely with operations and leadership in a collaborative, on-site environment.
What You’ll Do
Revenue & Financial Analysis

Prepare routine sales and revenue reporting

Analyze variances versus budget and forecast

Support gross margin (GM) analysis and identify key performance drivers

Assist with ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions
Reporting & General Accounting

Assist with monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations

Support fixed asset tracking and updates

Provide documentation and data for sales and property tax filings (prepared by external partners)

Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for annual audits
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with operations, sales, and accounting teams to gather and validate financial data

Assist with process improvements related to reporting and analysis

Help maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data

Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
