Production Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $20.51/hour ($19.51 base + $1.00 shift differential)
Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Production Machine Operators to support safe, efficient, and high-quality food manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Observe and follow all safety rules and regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Follow all established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

Set up, change over, adjust, repair, and operate production machinery and equipment on all shifts.

Ensure all equipment is in proper operating condition and ready for on-time startup.

Make necessary machine and process adjustments to maintain consistent product flow.

Perform process control checks and quality inspections.

Operate date coders and verify accurate code dates on cases.

Clean and sanitize equipment using current sanitation practices.

Assist Quality Assurance with product sampling and other related duties as needed.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Basic communication skills in English.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work in temperature ranges Hot or Cold

Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 13 hours per shift.

Ability to perform moderate physical activity, including continuous standing for 10-13 hours.
