Job Description

Essential Functions:
  • Monitor heat treat operations
  • Complete hardness tests
  • Off load parts when necessary

Equipment and Hand Tools operated:

  • Heat treat
  • Hardness checker
  • Air buffer
  • Gorbel Crane
Skills/Experience: Education and Aptitudes:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Consider reading, writing, and math
  • Motor coordination
  • Eye-hand-foot coordination
  • Color discrimination/distinction
Required Skills: No carpooling, must have their own car and must have a valid Driver’s License
No difficulty or physical restriction that would prevent candidate from lifting 60 lbs repeatedly.
Desired Skills: No job hopping, need steady manufacturing employment
