Malone Staffing is actively hiring a Temporary General Labor role to support operations at Minova’s brand-new manufacturing facility in Tooele, Utah. This is a short-term, 1st shift assignment with a fast start, planned weekly overtime, and a strong opportunity to get your foot in the door as additional manufacturing and quality roles open in the coming months.
General Labor Responsibilities:
- Perform product testing by dipping materials into a water solution
- Measure and record PSI data accurately
- Document results and maintain clear, organized records
- Follow quality and safety procedures consistently
- Perform repetitive lifting and handle products throughout the shift
- Stand for extended periods while testing and auditing products
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift products repetitively and work on your feet for long periods
- Comfort with hands-on, repetitive testing tasks
- Basic Excel skills preferred (data entry and tracking)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to start January 5th
