Production Technician Highlights:

Shift: 8:00AM – 5PM — Monday-Friday
All shifts are working overtime up to 4 additional hours as well as occasional/mandatory weekends
Production Technician Summary:
This role involves you will help keep the Richmond Hill campus safe, functional, and well-maintained by supporting both the security and maintenance teams. This on-site role includes performing repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring the overall appearance of the facility. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Production Technician Responsibilities:
- Maintain the overall appearance of the facility, inside and out.
- Repair, modify, and install building structures, systems, and equipment.
- Replace or update outdated building materials as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or facility issues to prevent disruptions.
- Perform light electrical tasks such as replacing bulbs and outlets.
Production Technician Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- One year or more of basic electrical experience in industrial/commercial setting OR building maintenance experience (HVAC carpentry, plumbing, painting)
- Able to lift up over 60lbs
- Good communication (written/verbal) and teamwork skills required
- Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary
- Flexibility in working hours including the ability to work 12-hour shifts, overtime, and weekends when required
- Must meet Drug Test and Background Check requirements
