What You’ll Do:
- Perform manual welding (MIG, TIG, or stick) on metal components used in manufacturing operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production drawings to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Inspect welds for quality, strength, and alignment according to company and industry standards.
- Support fabrication and assembly teams to meet production goals and timelines.
- Maintain welding tools and equipment; ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Skilled in MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
