Job Title: Machine Operator – Advanced
Location: LaGrange, GA- Industrial Park
Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift openings
Starting Pay: $18.00/hr based on experience

Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate various machines in a textile production environment
- Preforming tie-out & end count change
- Entering data into computer systems
- Knowledge of using a digital refractometer
- Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment
- Inspect quality of products/ parts; notify supervisors of non-conformance issues
- Meet production demands with regards to production volume and quality goals
Machine Operator Requirements:
- 2+ years of Machine Operator experience in a manufacturing / industrial setting preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work standing 8+ hours per day
- Flexibility in working hours including ability to work 12-hour shifts, overtime, and weekends
- Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check
