Are you fluent in French and English and looking for a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment? Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a 2nd Shift French Translator for a full-time position in Louisville, KY. This role will support plant operations by helping bridge communication between supervisors and French-speaking team members.
French Translator Highlights:

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:00pm (some overtime may be required)

Shift: 2nd shift (starts Mondays at 2:00pm)

French Translator Job Responsibilities:

Provide real-time verbal translation between supervisors and French-speaking employees on the production floor

Remain accessible via radio to assist with on-demand translation needs throughout the shift

Translate written documents between French and English with accuracy and attention to tone

Assist with training materials, signage, and communication updates as needed

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all translations

Use Microsoft Word and Excel to manage and edit documentation
French Translator Job Qualifications:

Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)

Previous translation experience preferred, especially in industrial or operational environments

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required

Strong communication skills and ability to translate quickly and clearly

Ability to work independently and in collaboration with supervisors and employees

Reliable and adaptable to changing needs on the production floor
