Logistics Customer Service Representative Overview
Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring an experienced Logistics CSR for a fast-paced distribution center in Ladson, SC. This role supports inbound/outbound communication, order processing, issue resolution for logistics and supply chain operations and is a backup for the dispatcher. If you have strong communication skills and experience dispatching or as a CSR in a logistics or warehouse setting, we’d love to hear from you.
Logistics CSR Highlights:

Location: Ladson, SC

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (some flexibility may be required)
1st Shift: 7AM – 330PM -
Industry: Distribution / Logistics

Pay: Competitive, based on experience starting at $18.50/hour with immediate benefits package offered!

Work Environment: Office role within a distribution center
Logistics CSR Duties:

Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, and delivery updates

Process customer orders, returns, and billing adjustments

Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies and service issues

Maintain accurate records of transactions, inquiries, and claims
-
Communicate with internal teams and external carriers to ensure timely delivery

Review and update address records, invoices, and customer account data
- Recommend improvements in customer service processes to increase satisfaction
- Serves as a backup for dispatcher
Logistics CSR Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience of customer service in a logistics or distribution environment required
- Experience working in dispatch for a logistics company highly preferred

Strong computer skills and ability to learn internal systems

Professional verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a high-volume setting

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience handling shipping documentation or working with carriers a plus
