Key Job Details:
- This role involves coordinating site activities, maintaining records, and supporting staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain site documentation, records, and reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to support site operations.
- Provide administrative support to site managers and project teams.
- Handle occasional communication
- Order and manage site supplies and equipment.
- Support onboarding and training of new site personnel.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in an administrative or site support role preferred.
