Malone Staffing Solutions is hiring a multi-skilled individual as a Billing Specialist for a manufacturer and supplier of steel in Lexington, Ky.
Billing Specialist Benefits:
* $18.00/hr pay
* Weekly Pay
* Temporary position / Part time
* Monday – Friday (9:00am – 1:00pm) or (10:00am – 2:00pm)*
* Benefits available
* may be asked to work 8:00am-5:00pm on some days to cover staff request off days
Billing Specialist Duties:
* Complete billing of invoices
* Mail invoices
* File invoices
* Perform other duties as required by Management
Billing Specialist Skill & Education Requirements:
* Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
* High School Diploma or GED at minimum
* Ability to understand the applicable procedures documented in the training program
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently
* Ability to use a computer and obtain a familiarity with accounting systems
* Filing skills
* Ability to work shifts mandated by management
