Malone Workforce Solutions is now hiring a Bi-Lingual Office Coordinator for our client partner in Dry Ridge, KY.
Bilingual Coordinator Details:
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Shift – 1st shift
- Anticipated start date – September 2025
- Selected candidate will be on a contract basis for some time.
- Pay between $20 – $24 depending on experience.
- Hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday.
- Must submit to a Background and drug screen
- Coordinator will be assisting in general and clerical tasks around the office, project coordination, and assist with HR task, as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and assign badges for new contract employees or full-time employees
- Schedule interviews for new potential applicants
- Email potential employees background check information through Hire Right
- Communicate with St. Elizabeth to schedule physicals for new employees
- Maintain and update a multitude of Excel spread sheets as needed HR
- Monitor level of supplies-drinks, plates meetings in for Long A, catering for meetings
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
- Assist with new hire orientation
- Translate for HR verbally as well as written as needed
