Malone Staffing is seeking a Material Handler & Backup Driver for a locally owned pallet company! This role is responsible for efficiently handling pallets that require heat treating, loading delivery trucks, maintaining organization in the yard, and driving company trucks as needed. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of operating both manual and automatic trucks. Strong forklift skills and experience are essential for success in this role.
Highlights:
- Pay: $18/hr.
- 4 Day Work Week
- Monday-Thursday 4:45 AM-4:00 PM

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in material handling and/or warehouse operations preferred.
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus but not required).
- Ability to safely operate manual and automatic trucks.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform manual labor.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
