Legal & Risk Management Paralegal
We’re seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented paralegal for a short-term assignment (approximately 2 months) in LaGrange, GA. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a variety of corporate legal and risk functions, with a focus on transactions, compliance, and due diligence.
Position Perks:

• Monday – Friday
• 1^st Shift
• $45 / hour – Approx. 2-month Assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Support entity mergers, consolidations, and related corporate governance tasks
• Review and manage insurance documentation, customer agreements, and vendor contracts to identify risks and ensure compliance
• Coordinate due diligence across departments, ensuring efficient and accurate information collection
• Provide legal insight and documentation review to support regulatory and contractual alignment

Qualifications:

• Experience in legal, compliance, or corporate governance roles
• Strong understanding of contract law and insurance documentation
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
