Position: Call Center Agent / Enrollment Generalist
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (must reside locally)
Start Dates: September 22 or September 29

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the first point of contact for employees during open enrollment
- Answer inbound calls with care and clarity
- Provide accurate information and guide callers through benefit options
- Help people make confident decisions about their healthcare coverage
- This project will run through mid-November – great way to earn extra income before the holidays!
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma (some college a plus)
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional tone
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sharp problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous call center experience and knowledge of benefit plans is a plus, but not required
- Must be available for 2-3 weeks of onsite training in Salt Lake City
