Cherry Pickers Needed. Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a 2nd shift Forklift Order Picker who will cross train in all warehouse departments. Starting pay $19.25 per hour!
Job details:
Hiring 2nd shift 4pm-2:30am working Monday- Thursday with the potential of overtime 1-2 Fridays per month.
2nd shift starting pay is $19.25 per hour working Monday-Thursday but must be avaliable to work up to two Fridays per month as needed on their yearly schedule
Key Job details:
- Unload, move, stack and stage customer products and materials both by hand and using forklift or other power equipment, keeping appropriate records and reports and scanning in and out orders
- Replenish cases to active pick areas and pulling away stock
- Loading totes onto proper outbound conveyers
- Using a wrist scanner to scan products and pull orders to and from stock
- Unload trailers and label products accordingly lifting up to 40lbs
- Work at a steady and efficient pace to hit production goal numbers
- Must have NO fear of heights to load products into high spaces in the warehouse areas
- You will need to work in other departments as needed
Job requirements:
- High school diploma/equivalent
- Must have forklift experience or 6 months experience with powered operated equipment they will train on the picker
- Must be able to lift 40lbs consistently
- Must be able to cross train in other departments where you will pick orders by hand
- Have a good attitude
- Be dependable
- Submit to a background and drug screen
