Malone Solutions is hiring 2nd Shift Quality Control Technicians!
We are looking for detail-oriented candidates who can perform critical quality checks during production. This opportunity is perfect for individuals with prior lab or quality experience who want to grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Quality Control Technician Highlights:
- Pay starting at $20.00/hr and up (based on experience)
- 25% shift differential for 2nd shift
- 2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Quality Control Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and testing on product samples using lab equipment (pH meters, scales, moisture analyzers, etc.)
- Document test results accurately and maintain detailed quality records
- Assist with root cause analysis and investigations when quality issues arise
- Calibrate, clean, and maintain lab equipment regularly
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and QA teams to ensure compliance with product standards
- Follow all safety protocols and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
Quality Control Technician Requirements:
- Previous experience in quality control, lab, or manufacturing setting preferred
- Comfortable using lab instruments and following testing procedures
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation habits
- Ability to work independently during 2nd shift hours
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification is a plus
