Industrial Manufacturing Associate
Location: Columbus, IN
Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Includes Every Other Weekend)
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay & Shift
- 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM): $15.60/hr
- 2nd Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM): $16.10/hr
Bonus
- $300 retention bonus after 90 days
Requirement: Must pass aptitude test

Position Overview
This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing automotive wheels. Team members will support production, quality inspection, and machine operation depending on department placement.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operator
- Handle wheels throughout production
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks
- Deburr edges and remove defects
- Complete audits and minor machine adjustments
- Maintain production flow and teamwork
Cast Operator
- Work in hot, physically demanding environment
- Lift up to 90 lbs consistently
- Assist with mold changes and machine adjustments
- Monitor equipment and identify defects
- Support maintenance and production processes
Paint Operator
- Load/unload wheels onto conveyors
- Inspect for defects and apply masking
- Maintain work area cleanliness
- Work in a fast-paced team environment
Final Inspection Operator
- Inspect wheels for defects and measurements
- Document defects and enter data into system
- Sort and route parts accordingly
- Perform rework as needed
- Maintain accuracy and quality standards
Requirements
- Must pass aptitude test
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 90 lbs (Cast Operator role)
- Strong attention to detail
