Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a multi-skilled Customer Service Representative to provide and ensure customer orders are manufactured and shipped to end users while providing a quality low manufactured cost product for a global manufacturer and supplier of powder, resin and anchoring solutions in Georgetown, Ky.

Customer Service Representative Benefits:
*    $25.00/hr pay
*    1st shift – Monday – Friday (7:30am – 4:30pm) with overtime as needed
*    Weekly Pay
*    Temporary to full-time hire positions
*    Benefits available
 
Customer Service Representative Duties:
Safety, Health, Environment & Security:
* Deliver personal SH&E plan in line with regional SH&E Plan.
* Manage personal activities in line with Minova’s SHE policy.
* Support appropriate SH&E initiatives with customers
Commercial Ownership/Creative Customer Solutions – run the business as if it’s your own:
* Manage lead-times and provide timely and accurate information to customers
* Product training with team members
* Improve delivery security through production communication
* Facilitate communication between customers, suppliers and plants regarding changes to orders or delivery times
* Implement methodologies of continually improving business performance
* Develop strong relationships with key customer personnel
* Eliminate customer order errors
* Deliver value to Minova.
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling wide product offering
Working Together:
* Establish strong, enduring and functional customer relationships that maximize the result for the customer and Minova.
* Provide market intelligence for customers

Customer Service Representative Skill & Education Requirements:
*    Degree or equivalent
*    Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
*    Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
*    5 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry
*    Ability to communicate professionally with co-workers and management
*    Computer skills are a must
*    Customer relationship
 
 Job Type: Full-time, hourly
