Front Desk Clerk

Are you looking for a new place to call home in 2025, then look no further.
We are looking for a highly motivated, dependable, customer service oriented, Front Desk Clerk. This person needs to be able to bring a positive energy to an already positive team environment. This client is looking for someone to make an instant impact, who can hit the ground running at the local Hotel.
Schedule: Sat, Sun 7am-3pm and Wed, Thurs 3pm-11pm 4 days a week
Pay: $15.00 hour
Language: Fluent in English or Bilingual
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guest
- Answering phones and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Managing reservations
- Providing excellent customer service
- Check in guest and provide directions to their rooms
- Handle guest complaints
- Invoice and bill guest for their stay and services used
- Communicate with guest to better understand their needs
