Customer Service Representative
Location: Aurora, IL
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service, value, and professionalism to our customers. By building strong partnerships, we become a trusted part of their supply chain and production operations. This position reports directly to the Inside Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels.

Follow standard procedures to respond to inquiries, process orders, and provide status updates.

Monitor and track orders through delivery, keeping internal teams and customers informed.

Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Sales to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of all company products and services.

Accurately enter and manage customer data and order information in the internal systems.
Qualifications:

High School diploma required.

2-7 years of experience in a customer service role; manufacturing environment preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
