Malone Solutions is hiring Professional Ocean Export Agents in Bensenville, IL to work in office in our client’s transcontinental freight shipping department to facilitate import and export trucking documentation and address customer inquiries over the phone as well as respond promptly to e-mails to provide excellent customer service.

Positions in the office are available – Logistics / Supply Chain training is provided.
Logistics Agents earn $22.00-$25.00 per hour.
This company has multiple locations throughout the Chicagoland area – Roselle, Franklin Park, Bensenville, and Joliet.
Most office positions are Monday – Friday – 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Logistic Agent Responsibilities:
- Daily desk operations, data integrity and fostering of excellent customer initiatives.
- Billing
- Domestic and Import / Export DOT trucking data compliance
- Data Entry
- Track / Trace Shipments and update customers with status of their deliveries
- Supply Chain follow up / follow through
- Verify and confirm customer shipping needs
Logistic Agent Requirements:
- Basic to Intermediate Proficiency with MS Office – Word and Excel required
- Typing of 40 wpm
- Ability to work well independently and with a team
- Exceptional customer service rapport; professionalism
- Import / Export Compliance a plus, but training is provided.
- Excellent attendance and work ethics
- Flexibility to work overtime if needed
- Highly attentive to details
- College Degree Preferred
