Receptionist – Manufacturing Company
Location: Hampshire, IL
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday, full-time
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our growing manufacturing facility in Hampshire, IL. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous manner

Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system

Provide general administrative and clerical support (filing, copying, scanning)

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Support customer service and office staff with data entry, scheduling, and communication tasks

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Assist with light reporting and documentation as needed
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
