Automotive Quality Inspector – Day Shift
Location: Bloomingdale/Ellabell , GA
Pay: $22.26 per hour
Shift: Day shift
Position Overview
Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking detail-oriented Automotive Quality Inspectors to support vehicle equipment operations inside Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA).
You will inspect vehicle equipment during production, identify defects or installation issues, and perform basic to intermediate repairs. Initial training will take place at an office location before transitioning to the HMGMA facility. Training duration will depend on individual progress.
Key Responsibilities

Inspect vehicle equipment for defects, damage, and assembly issues.

Monitor production lines and respond to vehicle equipment concerns.

Perform repairs, including replacing damaged components, removing small connector pins, and disassembling and reassembling equipment components.

Photograph defects and prepare reports for the Quality Assurance Specialist.

Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to document and communicate quality issues.

Follow established safety, inspection, and repair procedures.

Maintain dependable attendance and communicate effectively with the team.
Qualifications

Experience in electronics, manufacturing, or product inspection is preferred; prior experience is not required.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn hands-on tasks.

Clear communication and problem-solving skills.

A consistent work ethic and reliable attendance.

Availability to work day shift.
