Malone Staffing Solutions is seeking a versatile Mold Maintenance Technician for a global partner that specializes in automotive interior and exterior injection-molded parts, glass assembly, compression forming, and custom assembly, located in Georgetown, KY.
Mold Maintenance Technician Benefits:

Mold Maintenance Technician Duties:
* Plays a vital role in ensuring efficient and reliable mold operation within the production process
* This position involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance
* Perform regular inspections and maintenance of molds to ensure production quality
* Troubleshoot and resolve mold-related issues to reduce downtime
* Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble molds as needed
* Collaborate with team members and departments to address maintenance concerns effectively
* Maintain detailed maintenance records and logs
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all activities
* Recommend and implement improvements for mold performance and efficiency
Mold Maintenance Technician Skill & Education Requirements:
* Must be willing to submit and pass a drug screen
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
* Experience in mold maintenance, manufacturing, or a related field is advantageous
* Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
* Flexibility to adapt to varying shift requirements
* Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
