Accounts Receivable Clerk
Malone Workforce Solutions is currently hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Portland, TN. This role is in an office environment, Monday-Friday day shift! Must have a minimum of two years experience to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers to reconcile outstanding payment amounts.
- Researches customer discrepancies and past-due amounts.
- Resolve and report outstanding invoices on aging to Manager.
- Prepare month end and quarterly end reports.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years experience in accounts receivable
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer skill and spreadsheet development
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs. occasionally.
