Merchandiser
Location: Saginaw, MI
Pay: $20-$21/hour
Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM
A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance are required.
We’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Merchandiser to represent a leading beverage brand throughout the Saginaw area. You’ll help ensure products are stocked, rotated, displayed, and maintained to a high standard while building positive relationships with retail customers.
What You’ll Do
- Stock, rotate, and maintain products according to merchandising standards.
- Keep displays and equipment clean, organized, and looking their best.
- Monitor inventory and identify out-of-stock, damaged, or expired products.
- Observe competitor activity, including new products and pricing changes.
- Build strong, professional relationships with store managers and customers.
- Support sales initiatives, new programs, and large-display opportunities.
- Maintain required mileage, fuel, training, and other work records.
- Represent the company professionally through safe driving and positive customer interactions.
- Work closely with the sales team to help grow the brand and improve in-store execution.
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable vehicle for work purposes and required auto insurance.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using smartphone technology.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English.
- Previous merchandising experience is preferred.
