Essential Job Functions:
The Warehouse Supervisor's primary responsibility is overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of goods. This involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, and implementing strategies to optimize workflows. This role is hands-on working Supervisor role.
Responsibilities:
- Work under the direction of Vice President of operation
- Provide daily supervision of warehouse associates to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Based on customer orders, supplier shipment notices and the requirements of quality service to make efficient schedules for inbound/outbound shipments, inventory counts, repacking operation, quality service operation and CI activities
- Organize regular meetings to assign tasks to warehouse operators and forklift drivers, ensuring Work Orders are complete, accurate, and supported with necessary materials and information
- Evaluate the performance of warehouse operators and forklift drivers and propose an improvement solution
- Ensure the warehouse operations comply with the requirements of quality and EHS system
- Communicate defective or suspect products to Quality Engineers or Project Managers for disposition
- Supervise the operators to carry out the work in accordance with the operation instructions
- Drive warehouse continuous improvement projects such as layout, 5S, storage location, visualization etc.. ?
- Lead the team to maintain and improve warehouse facilities
- Carry out lean manufacturing by controlling the inventory of repacked products
- Assist in maintenance and improvement of WMS
- Implement lean manufacturing tools
- Assess training needs for warehouse staff and temporary workers, ensuring compliance with company training requirements
- Support production during rush orders, product shortages, or labor constraints
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Able to support warehouse, office teams and external customers.
- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.

- Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.

2. On-Time Delivery
- Order Fulfillment Rate: % of customer orders shipped at the promised time. 100%-(expedited shipped orders/total shipped orders)
3. Quality Performance
- Error-Free Shipment Rate: % of outbound shipments without discrepancies (target ? 99%).
- Quantity of customer quality complaints due to warehouse operations.
