Logistics Specialist – Import/Export Ocean Forwarding
Location: Remote or Louisville, KY
Pay: $55,000/year ($26.44/hour)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (with a lunch break!)
Ready to put your logistics expertise to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment? As a Logistics Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the expansion of ecoATM kiosks across new markets. From coordinating international shipments to making sure kiosks land in the perfect spot, you’ll be the mastermind behind smooth operations.
What You'll Do:
- Keep our logistics game strong by managing kiosk deployment, relocations, and removals
- Work with transportation partners to ensure smooth deliveries and keep costs in check
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and logistics operations–keeping everything on track
- Train new team members and ensure everyone is up to speed
- Oversee international import/export shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders
- Use Salesforce to track cases and streamline workflow
- Solve on-the-ground logistics challenges and make data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize kiosk placement
What You Bring:
- Experience: 2+ years in import/export freight forwarding and working with store managers or remote customers
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar case management tools) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Communication: You’re comfortable presenting to execs, writing clear reports, and collaborating across teams
- Problem-Solving: You think on your feet and handle logistics challenges like a pro
- Detail-Oriented: You keep things organized, prioritize like a champ, and ensure everything runs smoothly
