Summary:
Malone Solutions is recruiting for a Bilingual HR Generalist for one of our clients in the Columbus, Indiana area. The candidate for this role must be fully able to speak both English, and Spanish. This is an entry level position that is well suited to recent graduates or individuals re-entering the work force. This position supports employees with benefits, and light human resources duties including coordinating hiring actions, onboarding new employees, collecting timesheets, and reporting payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Provide support for benefits administration and employee inquires.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and payroll calculations.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Maintaining accurate employee records.
- Implementing Timeco, a payroll management system.
- Coordinating the company incentive, employee appreciation, and bonus programs.
- Participating in company meetings, planning events, and being a model team member.
