Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring Production Supervisors for a manufacturing facility in Shelbyville, KY.
Production Supervisor Highlights:
- Pay: $25.63 – $38.44/hr (based on experience)
- Shift: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, rotating schedule (every other weekend required)
Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Train and coach production line employees.
- Oversee production start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
- Conduct daily shift meetings.
- Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Complete production reports, purchase requisitions, and incident reports.
Production Supervisor Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Manufacturing & Injection Molding Experience is a plus
Production Supervisor Work Environment:
- Loud environment with moving mechanical parts.
- Facilities are heated in winter but may be hot in summer.
