Warehouse Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: Rolling Meadows, IL
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our facility operating efficiently and handle repairs in a timely manner. This role supports the Tools Service Department and Tool Room operations, ensuring equipment and building systems run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical repairs and build new electrical lines
- Conduct plumbing repairs and improvements
- Maintain and repair building and equipment
- Open and close the facility as scheduled
- Handle snow removal as needed
- Assist in Tool Room operations
- Provide technical support for company events
- Support the Service Department as required
What Success Looks Like:
- Identifying and addressing potential hazards promptly
- Minimizing unscheduled downtime of systems
- Ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently
- Keeping the facility and grounds well-maintained in all weather conditions

- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Physical stamina to handle hands-on tasks
