Seeking a Production Manager to join our team with an Automotive Manufacturer/Assembler in the greater Savannah Georgia region.
Summary of Position:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures. The ability to direct personnel toward maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.
Position Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive assembly processes
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
Education:
- Associate degree or higher in Applied Science or similar years of actual work experience in a similar role
Software Skills Required
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experienced with ADP and SAP preferred.
